WATERMARKED
More Things in Heaven and Earth
Details
The play tells the story of Kate Donahue, an American marine biologist recently hired by the fictional Oceanus as an underwater photographer. As the play begins, she's off to a two-month expedition to photograph North Sea life, and the script tracks her transformation from "pure, rational scientist" to someone willing to admit there are, as Hamlet says "more things in heaven and earth / than are dreamt of in [her] philosophy."
